Wander Encinitas Shores is a stunning oceanfront retreat with 100 feet of frontage, offering views from Dana Point to La Jolla. The home boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings and glass walls connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. Relax in the saltwater pool, grotto, or by the koi pond amidst tropical landscaping. Featuring a gourmet kitchen, spa-like master suite, and a separate guest studio, it’s ideal for unforgettable seaside stays.

In Encinitas, California, you can explore a variety of activities that capture the essence of coastal living. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the scenic boardwalk or relax on the picturesque sands of Moonlight Beach. The vibrant downtown area offers eclectic shops and charming cafes, perfect for a taste of local culture. Additionally, the nearby San Diego Botanic Garden provides a serene escape with its lush gardens and tranquil walking paths, ideal for a peaceful afternoon.

For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door and cameras facing the driveway at each Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

NOISE
Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Amplified outdoor sound is not allowed at all times.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule (10 pax) and can only fit 4 vehicles max. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

Please note: This property has a 3-night minimum stay requirement, as per city regulations.

CLIFFS
Perched on a 150 ft cliff, the views at the side patio around the back of the home are dangerous for kids. You may appreciate the one-of-a-kind views from the fenced deck or roof cabana.

PRIVACY
The pool at this location is serviced every week on Tuesday, between 1 PM - 4 PM. The pond is serviced every Thursday or Friday morning. They will not intrude on your stay or other areas of the home.

POOL HEAT
The pool is open year-round and can be heated for a flat rate of $500. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you intend to use the pool heat.

WILDLIFE WARNING
Outdoor Deck and Wildlife
The home’s deck offers open-air spaces ideal for enjoying the sun, ocean breeze, and coastal views. Due to its location, the deck is along a high-traffic flight path for birds, and it is common for flocks to pass overhead, especially in the mornings and late afternoons.

The deck and furniture are cleaned before each guest’s arrival; however, bird droppings may occur during your stay. This is a natural result of being close to the coast and surrounded by wildlife.
