Oceanview Miramar House and Retreat Center

Inside enjoy TV or Movies on the 55' wide screen television with surround sound, play games or read your favorite book. Get cozy next to the fireplace, enjoy ocean views from all three floors or catch up on your sleep.
Brand new pool table and foosball February 2024.

Outside bask in the sun on the deck, play in the large, fenced yard, BBQ on the gas grill or walk on the beach. There you can fly your kites, build sandcastles, beach comb for shells and sand dollars, body surf/boogie board, horseback ride or have a picnic or campfire. This is a prime location for clam digging in season.

Drive 5 miles to nearby casino, restaurants, shops, golf, family fun activities and so much more.

The Miramar has two large master bedroom suites with king size pillow top beds, walk in closets, private bathrooms with both tub and separate shower. There is also a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed ( twin over full). From the loft you can enjoy the ocean view while playing a board game or working on a puzzle. You could also have a gathering on the comfortable sofas that at night convert into a very comfortable queen-size beds. Also in the loft is a full bath with shower, walk in closet, and queen size bed.

The extra-large kitchen has been newly upgraded with granite counter tops. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, state of the art electric double oven, large refrigeration/freezer with ice and water in the door. It also has a dishwasher, disposal, new microwave and all the small appliances to make your life easy. (Toaster, mixer, crock-pot, coffee maker, Keurig, electric grill. etc.) There is tableware and glassware for 20+ people. Extra refrigerator located downstairs.

On the first floor are three bedrooms and a family room with a full bath (shower). There is one large bedroom with 3 bunk-beds and two other bedrooms with a total of 3 bunk-beds. There is a pool table room and a game room with Arcade located on the ground floor as well as an additional living room area.

No smoking of any kind and no vaping

There is an additional guest fee in the amount of $25 per guest if above 15 guests.
All guests shall abide by Savage Vacations good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.

For guest safety and property security, there are exterior cameras located on the right/left sides of the house, front entrance and back patio. These cameras are operational and may record video (not audio). There are no cameras inside the home.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Getaway at the Beach

Epic Clamsgiving Adventure

We had 20 friends get together for a friendsgiving and clamming weekend. The house was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities, easy access to the beach, and the hosts were super responsive, friendly, and proactive in providing information! Check-in was easy, the house was clean and well-maintained, and we hope to do it again next year.

Private School Staff Retreat

I brought 20 ladies to stay the night for our Staff Retreat. My team works so hard and deserve to be spoiled, this house definitely allowed for that! In fact, they were enjoying the space so much we actually forgot to do some of our scheduled activities. We had a little issue with the hot tub but other than that it was a great trip! Great location! We were there on a rainy weekend so we didn't utilize the backyard, but it is also a beautiful space that would be fun to utilize. Thank you Miramar staff for providing a great location for our getaway!

Great property, great communication!

Our group stayed at The Miramar Beach House for a weekend retreat March 12 - 15, 2026. We have been coming to the beach for this event for the past 13 years and have rented a number of different houses. The Miramar house is definitely our favorite and we already booked it for next year. The house has several sleeping options both upstairs and downstairs and there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with dishes and pots and pans, everything is labeled and easy to find. There is a great backyard where we watched the deer and we could see the ocean from the wrap around deck on the back of the house. Our group loved warming up in the hot tub, and there was a fire pit and loads of chairs around it. We really loved this house! There is a game room and additional living room downstairs that the kids really enjoyed. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great place for a reunion!

The host, as well as the maintenance staff were quick and very helpful with everything. Just minor things with a house this size, and so so close to the beach. The beach was much quieter than down by the town. Wonderful sunsets. Lots of room and lots of bed. Thanks so much.

Great Gathering Place for Family Reunions

This property worked PERFECTLY for our family reunion. Finding that we had easy access to the beach being at the main Ocean City entrance was a huge plus. The kitchen was great for cooking for the entire family and the house provided more than enough space for us to all enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend for large groups!

Perfect Location & Great For Large Groups!

We booked Miramar for a 60th wedding anniversary and we had close to 30 people and we had plenty of room. Two main living rooms, a well stocked kitchen with all of the utensils we could need. We also loved the hot tub and the fire pit in what is an amazing backyard. One of the closest properties to the beach (within walking distance) this is a great house!!

Large house with multiple gathering areas which easily accomadated our 20 family members for 4 nights

The house exceeded our expectations. When we wanted to make a change the host worked with us. We had several family groups (20 people) and the house easily handled our variety of age groups and interests. While there was not a view of the ocean, the beach was only a few hundred yards. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

The fact that we had all the people we love in one house is absolutely amazing. Unforgettable memories were made in this house and the host were even better. One thing that would have made the experience better is to add the option to allow animals. Other than that--- couldn't have gone any better. Thank you so much for everything, what a wonderful stay. The table is huge for the family to gather around. The bedrooms are large and the basement is filled with bunks and game rooms for the kids! It is just a short walk to the lovely beach or a quick drive for the older folks! The parking is plentiful for all the guests. The hot tub was perfect for after the kids went to bed! We were surprised at all the extras! Baby gates, high chair and so much more. The house is ready for everything.

Great beach house for large family gathering!

This beach house has it all. LOTS of beds. Enough bathrooms with showers that we could all get a chance to shower each morning. Comfortable great room. Kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of dishes and appliances. Close to the beach, an easy walk over. Outdoor areas nice (deck, fire pit, and hot tub). Quiet area, and the parking is wonderful for big groups. I think we had about 10 cars easily parked in the parking area. And, to top it off, the management team was very responsive through out the rental process. Always very quick to respond to questions!Great place to rent.

Great Space, Close to the Beach

We were thrilled to find this space last minute and our group absolutely loved the house. The proximity to the beach was perfect for a brisk walk and the peekaboo view of the water from the house made it feel like you were way closer to the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cutlery, dishes, and pretty much everything you’d need! The only thing I would have loved to see from a planning perspective would be map style layouts of each floor included in the listing photos just so we would know where to put people ahead of time.
