Very clean and well decorated. Great location close to anything you might need or want in downtown Phoenix. Gym is awesome and the complimentary coffee bar was a nice extra. Quiet even though you’re in the city and I felt very safe walking all around the area.
The actual room was very clean and comfortable. I had no problems, though the hallways did reek of marijuana. Where I did have problems was the uncomfortable level of scrutiny that I was put through despite having only positive history with VRBO. ID verifications, big deposits, and even questions about my mailing address the day before travel. I was somewhere between insulted and concerned about what kind of depravity had happened here before to make the owners so paranoid. But, the worst part was the monitoring device in the bedroom. I spotted an odd looking device on the wall with no visible markings. But, on the back of the device was information I was able to look up online. It was a Minut monitoring device that claims to be privacy conscious, but it monitors noise levels, number of occupants, smoke, and other data. I found this creepy and will never stay here again because of that.
I had an excellent stay! The property was clean, secure, and very comfortable. The decor was stylish, and the layout of the space was functional and easy to settle into. It was a short walk to the convention center, which made attending my event incredibly convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby as well! The amenities were fantastic…having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, and the dishwasher made cleanup simple. I also appreciated the trash chute located just down the hall.Security at the front desk was always friendly and made me feel very safe. The lobby’s designated area for food and grocery deliveries was also super convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the bed was extremely comfortable.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would definitely return!
The location is good and the building is under construction. Unfortunately, our stay included having a dog that barked well past “quiet hours” which made it difficult to sleep. The unit itself was clean.
The host was very attentive. Great location. The property was as described. I would stay here again. The only reason why it wasn’t a 5/5 was because I was made to understand that parking was included, but it wasn’t. 20 per day. Also, there is a fee if you want early check in or late check out.
Spring training stay. Management company is on east coast, which limited times to communicate slightly, But other than that everything was fairly seamless.
