The place was great. Unfortunately the hallway reeked of weed at all hours. I would definitely stay there again. Conveniently location in downtown close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Great location downtown Phoenix. Under renovation- was not advised of that: exposed pipes, hall floors covered w plastic & paper. Apartment sparsely equipped compared to other VRBOs I've stayed in. Impression is that maybe this is 1st rental?? No notebook w instructions, maps, appliances, instructions etc..Rooftop pool saved it. Has potential.
Great location. Easy to walk to the ballpark and other venues. We loved the view! Unit is efficiently appointed. Our weather was extremely hot, but the AC worked well.
I absolutely loved my stay with Boulevard. The value for price was amazing, and I much preferred all the apartment amenities to staying in a hotel. Host was clear and communicative- always responded in minutes. I must recommend you stay here!
The unit was very clean and had a beautiful view. The location was convenient to downtown and everything was within walking distance. We felt safe in the area and the 24/7 security was great. We did have 1 issue on night one however the host was very responsive & maintenance was there within a short time to fix the problem. No other issues after that and our stay was great!
The location was perfect. We were attending a WNBA game and it was just a 9 minute wall to the Arena. The apartment was clean and the view was amazing. We enjoyed using the workout facility and the pool. We will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location if you plan to attendan event in downtown Phoenix, with spectacular views. Parking garage is a great selling point. Front desk people were helpful for the most part. But they could pick up their game in the bedding department.
Only downfall was trying to figure out the AC. It would randomly just shut off as if it was on a timer, but figured it out eventually after waking up at 4am when the room got to 82 degrees
The room was beautiful as was the facility. We loved the views of downtown Phoenix from our room and from the pool. Staff were friendly (though suggested Bad Jimmy’s for a good burger, I didn’t solicit any more suggestions after that). The space advertised had a bedroom and a sofa bed, which was a main selling point for me as I was traveling with my teenage son. The room is and efficiency (albeit a beautiful one), with a leather couch not made for sleeping. No “bedroom” or “sleeper sofa”. When I noted this discrepancy, the response was “Will note that for future advertising,” not “how can we make it right”. The bathroom was also very nice, but more attention is need to installing the hardware. The toilet paper holder fell apart when I changed the roll. The towel rack came off the wall when hanging my towel and bruised my toe. I was able to re-install it, and noticed the tension holding it to the wall was from the mounts being placed too far apart, rather the mounting nuts being properly secured with an Allen wrench (as designed). I think this room could easily be a five-star experience with a little more attention to detail and more transparency about what is offered. The price is great, I would stay here again if I can back Phoenix (and didn’t need two beds).
I had a great stay for my conference this past weekend. Apartment was clean and spacious, with a well-laid out check in process. Good location for restaurants and downtown PHX in general. I would definitely come back again in the future.
