Everything was as described a plus to us was that the pool was heated so it was a very nice surprise. Host very was attentive and kind, no issues at all. Very much recommend!

Fabulous House, Excellent Location

We stay in a lot of VRBO’s. This house was our favorite. EASY access to Texas Tech. Lots of room and a beautiful backyard. A fabulous kitchen. Lovely, peaceful neighborhood for walks. Host was accessible. We had a perfect weekend.

Why they chose this property

We are walking distance to the Higginbotham Park (you can see it down the block). Walking distance to the United Market Street Grocery Store. Walking distance to Orchid Nails (the best nail salon in Lubbock) and walking distance to Five Guys Burgers and Fries. The streets are wide and there are lots of trees. We are 3mi to Texas Tech or a short drive to any retail district in Lubbock.

What makes this property unique

Chef's Kitchen with all the things you need to entertain up to 12 people. The basement is perfect for movies or game weekends. We have a gorgeous landscaped backyard with swimming pool, BBQ, and Firepit. We close the pool from October to May.
