Very comfortable country home. We enjoyed the back deck, grills and the great firepit setting. The kitchen is weak with supplies and a one cup coffee maker which does not fit well with a 5 bedroom home. Toaster never worked, we reported it and no replacement arrived during our stay. A toaster oven or air fryer would bring the kitchen up to date. There is only one bathroom on the second floor to service 2 king bedrooms and the bunk room. Our family had to run up and down the stairs to take showers in the 2 baths on the main level. It was a good stay for us.
We had a friends' weekend trip to Nashville and Casa Vino was perfect for our getaway. I would highly recommend staying here. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!
I gave the property and the host a 5 star review, as it was a very nice property, it was clean, and Jonny was very accommodating. It was a good property for kids to have room to play and plenty of sleeping room. However, I feel it's worth mentioning and advising, to be sure to read the rules regarding the number of people allowed at the house at any time - regardless if they are staying there or not. I'd planned a groom's dinner for 17 guests and didn't realize the house maximum was 16 until after I'd received an email a few days before and read this rule. I contacted Jonny and was open and honest about the number of guests I had invited to make sure one extra guest would be o.k. He contacted the property management team for approval, but they would not make an exception for the extra person no matter what. I'd already made all of the arrangements for the food, etc., and didn't have time to make any location changes for the dinner. Therefore, we had to tell my son's best friend and his wife that they couldn't come to the dinner, which was embarrassing and sad. Other than the 2 hours for the dinner, we had max of 10 people there at any time. I will take full responsibility for not being aware of the 16 person rule, but was also taken aback that a little 'southern hospitality' wasn't extended, which unfortunately put a bit of a damper on staying there. Other than that, it was a beautiful home and property and I would recommend it for a group setting for 16 or less.
To add: Maybe shops or restaurants nearby and perhaps a note about the back door. Idea to consider ziplock bags for guests Note: the screened in porch was pretty covered with bird poop. That made it prohibitive to enjoy. Overall Excellent though! Thank you!
We loved our stay at Casa Vino. There was a minor hiccup at the start with one of the toilets, but the host was quick to address the issue and get the toilet replaced. Can't ask for anything better than that!
The house is gorgeous and located in a wonderful countryside. Everything was just perfect, The décoration, the rooms, the space, the bbq !! Very very beautiful house !
Completely amazing stay. Everything on property was beyond expectations. It's clear that the owners thought of everything and went above and beyond to make guests feel cared-for. I wish I kept count of how many times we said "wow" on the day we checked in. :) The next time we need to stay in the Nashville area, this will be our go-to property.
Wonderful space but know it has stairs to the front of the house and no entrance through garage. So must be able to handle 5 stairs to enter home. Accommodating and friendly. Very thoughtful of extra blankets. Would benefit if I knew a few things I will share here- Oven is air fryer. There are no real irons only steamers and no real ironing board. A small one that does not stand but sits on bed. No fans or awnings for outside so when it’s gets warm, it’s warm. Beds were all comfortable! Only 1 bathroom upstairs for 6 people was challenging but we made it work as there is one bathroom downstairs that is shared for community as the master bedroom also has a full bathroom. Great flow for family meals. Only 1 kind of coffee- no tea etc. No water pitcher to refill water so bring water. I bought 9 gallons for the weekend. One plank on the porch sticks up and ppl kept tripping over it as it needs to be nailed down. No fan on side porch as it was 89 this weekend and very hot w little to no breeze. Great fire pit w seating for early mornings. But again, stairs to get down and up unless you walk around on the gravel. Beautiful herb garden on the side. Great circle drive. 10 min one way to Walmart/plunlix. Great area. No walking area on the little road so use the backyard. Grills were good but needed a good cleaning so I covered everything with foil. Could not check in early or never heard back but understand with all those beds needing to be made.
This property was perfect for our family trip. All the conveniences of home while visiting friends nearby. The garden and surroundings were lovely. Hope to return again. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
This property was great. It had lots of amenities, and was very scenic. The hosts really wanted us to have a great time, including bringing some ice to us when we had some ice maker trouble.
