Everything was as advertised. The pool was great. The channel was very interesting with manatee coming and going. Great opportunity for fishing in the area, which we did a lot of. Wonderful restaurants to get some great food. Very spacious property with wonderful accommodations!

The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Overall, we had a very good experience. The only issue was with the 60-foot dock. With the owner's boat on one lift and the neighbor's boat on the adjacent lift, maneuvering into the slip was somewhat tight. The owner's outboard motors also extended into the access area, making it a bit challenging to squeeze between the two boats. It may be helpful if the owner's boat were positioned facing outward so the motors are located at the back end of the dock, allowing for easier access and maneuverability. Other than that, everything was excellent.
