Location great for San Marcos fun if you love the River, tex mex, and quiet neighborhood.The pool is the #1 reason for booking this, and it was great! the waterfall just made the experience better. We spent the entire day every day enjoying it. Lots of towels, toys, sunscreen, and the umbrella at the edge made it enjoyable for our most senior member. We are all in the senior club, and just wanted to chill by the pool. That was pretty perfect. Tip, for seniors, position one of the lounge chairs near the stairs, to use as a hand hold going down. That is the only minus on the pool... old folks need a hand hold, but we figured that out. Lovely back yard, and the birds kept us entertained.

Such a great space! The house was fully stocked, plenty of swim supplies (eg sun screen, towels, floats), and snacks courtesy of Westley. It was spacious and clean and check-in was seamless. Host was very responsive and generous. Would always recommend this place!

Perfect quiet getaway with pool

I absolutely loved the property, the pool was very nice and maintained well. The extras were so thoughtful, and made settling in nice and relaxing. The master bed was extremely comfortable. It’s a very peaceful property, and the perfect place for some much needed rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay again.

We recently vacationed at this property within 15 minutes of Texas State University and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful waterfall pool. It created such a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere, and our family truly enjoyed spending time there. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, quiet and serene surroundings, and making great memories. And the fire pit was great. This probably also has a great sound system for watching movies. Very close to grocery store shopping and restaurants.The property was exactly what we were hoping for, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation stay. We truly appreciated the opportunity to enjoy such a beautiful place and would gladly stay here again.
