For those who need to work, a private office with a monitor, desk, and printer is ready for use. With the bunkroom and office pullout downstairs and the two queens and primary suite up - this is a great family or friend space for celebrations!

New Roof 2025, skylights removed.

Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs. We can provide additional items for an additional fee.

The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 2-car garage. Colorado Traction Laws were recently updated and must be adhered to.

Pet-friendly, with ample outdoor space for your pets to roam. $125 per pet fee.

Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & yoga mats available for additional fee. Must request 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, not guaranteed.

No smoking allowed - $750 Fee

The home is in town and may experience some traffic noise.

Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.
