Communication from host is great. They left a bottle of wine and snacks for us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This place is so peaceful and clean. I would stay at this place again.

Too much confusion during check in process. We were on site for a hour before we were given the remedy to the “door sticking” problem - which we were unaware was even a problem - and could access the property (after being told that we were in a different room on the property and being given the access code to that room also).

We understand how frustrating that must have been after your arrival. Occasionally, the door can stick due to the humidity in the Keys, and we regret that this was not communicated to you sooner. We’re glad we were able to assist and resolve the issue, but we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving our check-in communication for future guests.
