This marvelous property also features speakers throughout 1st floor with bluetooth, tuner and CD player and on the 2nd floor a rec room with a pool table for fun times with friends or family. Also includes EV car charger in the garage and walking/biking distance to town and beaches - near bike and walking paths. Conveniently located on the east side of route 1 avoiding route 1 traffic. Great location! Lewis Waterfront Preserve. ** This townhome is available for a minimum rental of 1 week (7 nights) It is also available for month-month and summer seasonal rental. Lovely place, super friendly owner and great beach town!

Michelle, the owner, was fantastic. Great communication, easy check-in process and the home was as advertised. Walking to town is about 1-1.5 miles and the beach closer to 2 miles. We rented bikes and our teenage boys loved it as there were tons of places to ride! Also taking a car to the beach is easy as there are dozens of different parking lots in a variety of spots. Lewes Beach was a pleasant surprise for us as we love our NC Beaches but we were here for lacrosse tournaments two weeks in a row and Lewes was a great home for the week between tournaments!

What makes this property unique

My home is located on the east side of route 1 eliminating excessive traffic during your stay. The home offers EV charger, pool table and speaker system throughout the first floor and a surround sound woofer on the 85” tv in the recreation room in the 2nd floor. It offers a patio facing east for enjoying wonderful sunrises and a balcony & front porch that faces west for amazing sunsets.
