You will feel right at home in the comfy décor and can relax and enjoy the views of the Boca Ciega Bay from your private balcony, the living room, kitchen and dining area; it's great! This is a comfortable condo that is on the lower level and has tile flooring through the living area and carpets in the bedrooms. You are likely to see dolphins swimming through, boaters passing by and some even are lucky enough to see a manatee or 2! The Amadeus property is a great value with a perfect central location that keeps you walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and many other activities. PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access.

Joy in Treasure Island

Amazing, the place was very clean and comfortable.......Incredible views of water and nature. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, they even had fishing rods and coolers to use. The insuite washer and dryer was very helpful as well. Beds were super comfy. It was a very spacious unit for our family if 5. Just a great place.

Serene

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. It was very quiet and serene. The property management company was extremely responsive. We called them twice to correct minor issues and they sent a maintenance man promptly to fix them. The king bed was comfortable even though it did not have a pillow top (no one slept in the twin beds so I can’t comment on them). We would stay here again.

Beautiful View

We love the location. There were a few broken things but maintenance was sent out to repair. I love to take baths but the water was only lukewarm. Not sure why, all other faucets were hot

The property management was very prompt in sending maintenance to change some burned out light bulbs. They even provided a new can opener when I asked for one (the old one didn’t work anymore). We had a peaceful and restful week there and would go back if we return to the area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property was clean, it is in desperate need of updating. There was no curtain for privacy on the master bathroom window. For the price ($2300for 7 nights) it should offer updated cabinetry etc. The mattresses in both bedrooms (king and two twins) need to be replaced. We all had backaches when we left. The view of the sunrises was outstanding. The pool was a comfortable temperature and we enjoyed using it. The short walk to the beach was easily doable.

The beach was walking distance so my teenage kids were able to walk to it themselves. The rental was the perfect size with a decent size living area and 2 bathrooms. Furniture was dated but we were only there to sleep so it didnt bother us.

Gorgeous views

Great place right on the water with beautiful views. Dolphins swam by each morning. Treasure Island Beach was a 5 minute walk away. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry was conveniently located in the unit. Unit was very clean. Excellent location.

Great Place

The condo was extremely clean, well supplied, and plenty of towels. The balcony view was really nice and we witnessed many dolphins and pelicans. The only thing I would suggest is to have the sofa cleaned or replaced. LOVED OUR STAY!

Although the place could use some updating, we were very pleased with the building itself. We especially loved waking up in the morning having coffee with the sunrise on the balcony which is on the bay! We had even seen dolphins a couple mornings! The location was unbeatable and everything you could need is within short walking distance! Will highly recommend this place and will come back later this year or next!

Needs some updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resort Rentals is an awesome company to rent from. The downside was with the unit #3. The unit had a nice view of the bay from the balcony but the Unit overall needed an intense cleaning. Screen door latch was broken as well as several screens were ripped. One of the chairs had a ripped skirt which was patched with tape that wouldn’t stick. The building overall needs a new paint job and the grounds seem to be getting overgrown and obstructing the views of the bay from the deck area. The dock needs replacing as the understructure is need of repair.

Very nice located witch small disadvantages

Late arrival over the box was easy and exactly described by the agency. The condo was clean, beds are o.k. and the view from the balcony a dream. Perfect place to watch pelicans, seagulls, dolphins or just a thunderstorm. Only the inventory is chosen lovelessly and cobbled together. Cups are all different, cutlery the same and of the cheapest material. It looks a bit like: All we don't need for ourselfes, ist just enough, what a pity. The beach is to reach within 300 m and Publix plus different restaurants just the half distance. Parking below the building is perfect, so your car stays cool. However, you are able to cook and eat, beds are comfortable, location ist nearly perfect and the view: AWESOME ! We would retourn.

We love the view, the apartment, which is near to Publix and the beach. It is calm, quiet and clean. It is a small building, therefore not too crowded. You start your day with a sunrise, you end your day with the sunset at the beach. And to see the dolphins passing by is priceless.
