This dual-level townhouse is a perfect getaway for a Cape Cod summer vacation! The Primary bedroom is in this home is conveniently located on the first floor and comes furnished with king bed, TV, and A/C. A full bath and washer/dryer are also located adjacent to the primary. On the second floor, you'll find a second enclosed lofted room with king bed and two twin beds, along with Smart HDTV for streaming services, A/C, and a full private bath. The loft bedroom is enclosed with acoustic moveable wall panels.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and seats 6 in the dining area. The air-conditioned living room also features comfortable furnishings and a mounted flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the outdoor patio, furnished with a Weber Genesis gas grill and outdoor dining set. Other amenities include a custom desk, 27" Dell Monitor computer, and high speed WIFI.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
