Fantastic location and a wonderful stay overall. The hosts were incredibly attentive and communicated clearly and promptly from before our arrival through checkout, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The property was exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Perfect winter destination

This place is a true gem! Not only is it close to Lake Tahoe but the resort itself is in a forest and close to Tahoe rim trail and other hikes and they have their own ski and sled area that also serves hot tea and lunch. Their restaurant in the main lodge serves dinner and has decent food and amazing ambiance with a huge fire place. The room had 2 comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The heating was good too.

Serene, quiet, safe, tucked into the trees, convenient, clean, cozy mountain lodge room. This is a treasure of a spot to stay in. We recommend amazingly delicious. "Spoon" restaurant nearby. Emerald Bay, Sand Harbor, Cascade Falls Bayview Trail, Eagle Falls half hour hike. Meeks Bay. The Lake is a Devi. Thank you!

The room was dirty, and the sheets had orange stains on them. We had to mop the floor because we didn’t want our 2 year old grandchild walking on the dirt. The body soap dispenser was empty in the shower. The room was awful, but the actual facility was nice. We will be careful not to stay in this particular room again.
