Originally from the Midwest, I moved to Colorado Springs to take advantage of the great open spaces of the Rocky Mountains. Hosting gives me the chance to share our dynamic city and surrounding mountains with other adventurers.
Why they chose this property
This quiet 1970s neighborhood is in central Colorado Springs, positioned for access to the various military installations in the area. That made it centrally located and family-oriented, which it remains today. As the city has grown and expanded, this place remains largely as it did over 50 years ago.
What makes this property unique
This property has been tastefully modernized and beautified from the inside out, prioritizing fruit trees and garden beds over the rocky, gravelly xeriscaping in surrounding homes. Inside is spacious and designed as a joyful, engaging meeting place for families and friends.
