And if that's not enough there is an oversized gas grill and griddle on the deck. If you need to take a break from cooking there are a multitude of quality restaurants in the area minutes away from the log cabin.
As for in house entertainment, there is a 70-inch smart TV with sound bar and sub-woofer that is Bluetooth capable in the living room and a 32-inch tv in the main bedroom, and a 58-inch smart tv in the finished basement. A large supply of board games and cards have been provided for game nights or rainy-day activities. Bluetooth speaker for music is provided for your listening pleasure. On the wraparound deck overlooking the lake there are Adirondack chairs to catch the southern exposure sun by day and settle up to a campfire around the Solo stove by starlit night.

It's less than a minute walk to shared access to Lake Bomoseen with your own 30 ft dock for swimming, fishing, and boating. We have outfitted the cabin with most if not all your wants and needs.

About the host
Hosted by timothy b smith
I grew up in the DC area, but my parents family's vacationed in Vermont since the 1940's. In their spirit I decided to buy a lake chalet in Vermont. I am a teacher who lives 20 minutes from the chalet. I have penchant for travel so I decided to buy a property to share my love for travel.
Why they chose this property
Lake Bomoseen is a clean beautiful body of water that does not have the traffic (people, boats, and cars) that other northeast lakes have. However, it does have the amenities such as restaurants, marinas, and year-round activities that are close for all ages to enjoy. Plus, the open grassy area with lake access and your own 30-foot dock makes this a great property.
What makes this property unique
This is not a lake "camp" with old beat-up furniture, dusty areas, and cobwebs to boot. the lake chalet offers a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay with many, if not all the touches of a home. Throughout the chalet you will find that thoughtful touches that separate it from others around the lake. We have carefully crafted the chalet for your enjoyment. The property sits three quarters of the way down a dead-end road so there is little car traffic to bother you. With sizable parking, sleeping, and recreational areas we feel this a is a great retreat for families and friends to gather. Its close enough to access much of what Vermont has to offer for all seasons and set aside enough not to be bothered by others.
