Yes the host was welcoming and accommodating. A quaint but very updated old house. Beautiful kitchen, footed tubs in the bathrooms, good closet space. Quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed our stay there!

Initially, there was difficulty in contacting the host which made the check-in process difficult. Once host did respond, they were very nice and helpful. I attribute some of the lack of typical home amenities due to the property being listed for sale. Overall, spacious house with historic charm in a great location, but I would not book again.

Gorgeous & unique house super clean & convenient

The property was close to the school for graduation and down the historic street of San Marcos. It was spacious for the family and the kitchen and serving areas were fantastic. All the kitchen supplies you need are there. The front porch was also a nice gathering spot. The host was responsive and reasonable to work with. Chairs on the porch would have been super nice.
