Your private balcony has a table and seating enjoy reading a book, working or studying remotely. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

One Ocean Place is an oceanfront 13 story high rise building located in Garden City. The electronic gates provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

I mainly was in search of something that had an incredible view, and also the very hard to find wake up in bed and see the sunrise! This was the place! Incredible the amount of glass to look out at the amazing view.Everything wasn’t working order, anything you needed was there. All of the linens were good quality and clean. The beds were comfortable. I use the washer dryer a few times and they worked well although the cycles seem to take a very long time and it was very loud.Considering I was looking for such an amazing view and wanted to spend most of my time, enjoying it, I was disappointed with the quality of the furniture on the deck. Even after trying to clean it myself, it was just easier to take a towel out to sit on or to put on the table if we were going to eat on it. Contact with the owner or management went very well and had very quick responses to things. Feedback was appreciated and overall had an excellent stay.

Comfortable home away from home

This is our 2nd year staying in this condo, and very happy with it. King bed is very comfortable, kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed. Only complaint is the carpet, wish it was tile or something like that. Carpet felt dirty

Lovely getaway

Wanted a great beach front view, easy & close access to beach, comfortable accommodations, elevator. We got it all and then some. Very comfortable, clean, and well supplied condo. Balcony perfect for ocean breeze and beach view. Big window and glass doors to balcony made the living area feel like beach front too. All made a perfect long weekend. Building, pools and hot tubs, grounds, etc. all were clean and well maintained as well.

May Vacation 20 yrs Since We Have Here Been Here

The condo was great and very clean great location love the Conch Cave great food. The condo was as described on Vrbo the person we booked from call to check on us which I liked! I just wish the weather was better but overall a great place to stay I would recommend staying here.

Loved the location and security at One Ocean Place. The property manager, Leigh, was very nice to deal with. The unit is equipped with everything you need to make an enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable!! Very easy check in and check out. We absolutely love staying here!!!

One Ocean Place has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.
