Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat. The design will have you inspired! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. With over 1,800 square feet to spread out, this newly-built home is the perfect spot to rest and relax in central New Orleans just outside the hustle & bustle of downtown and close to Tulane & Loyola Universities, trendy eateries on Freret Street, and great shopping on Magazine Street.

The Space:
The space is the larger part of a duplex. You will have the entire unit to yourself. Walk into the living area and open kitchen with half bath downstairs. Upstairs is a full bathroom, two bedrooms plus a primary suite with it's own full en suite bathroom (making 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs total).

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit all to themselves. There's an apartment in the back that guests do not have access to.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away just west of downtown, the house is centrally located and convenient to the interstate to get anywhere fast! Easily hop over to Freret Street's dining and shopping area or catch an Uber to Bourbon street (approximately 10 mins), it's no wonder this newly-developed neighborhood is gaining popularity so quickly!

Getting Around:
Easy to get everywhere from this super central spot! If you drive here or rent a car there is plenty of free street parking right out front, and Uber/Lyft are always nearby.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping noise down in the late hours of the night.

We are available via Airbnb app to answer questions and give suggestions during day time hours and by phone 24/7 for emergencies!

Mardi Gras weekend in New Orleans

The house appears to have been recently renovated and is beautiful. It was well stocked with essential supplies. Beds are very comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean. The location is good as is a modest walk or short drive to St. Charles for uptown parades. I would definitely stay here again.

Short drive to the French Quarter House was very nice. The neighborhood was okay. The first night probably my fault did not make sure my door was all the way shut, someone got into the vehicle and took baby wipes in a hoodie. No problems after that just make sure my doors were locked. Unfortunately this could happen anywhere the host was also very nice and accommodating.
