Lovely farm house, well appointed, beautifulgrounds,and an abundant nature.

My granddaughter and I had a fantastic time. We witnessed a turtle laying her eggs and enjoyed the awesome bird songs. The farmhouse was extremely well kept and very comfortable. We had such a great experience. I know we will return again and again.

The listing says there is air conditioning. It has 2 portable air conditioning units. During our stay, it didn't get over 76 degrees so it wasn't an issue, These 2 units would not be able to keep up on hot days and they are in the common areas so the bedrooms would not be cooled.The kitchen is not well stocked. This is not an issue if you don't plan to cook any meals.The upstairs bathroom fan works fine. The downstairs bathroom fan needs to be replaced. It takes over 2 minutes to get started and during that time it is loud enough to wake all sleeping guests.The pool table in the basement was a selling point for us but the basement has a strong musty smell and no one wanted to be down there.The location is good. All the things we wanted to do were within a reasonable distance.Enjoyed the frogs, tadpoles and turtle in the pond and regularly saw rabbits and had one deer visit.

To clarify, the listing specifies that air conditioning is provided by two portable AC units, though we understand your concern about cooling the bedrooms. Of course, the area's average temperature is in the low 70s and many, many homes have no AC, so we generally don't find that AC is needed at all, but we understand that everyone has different needs and that's why we are very careful in disclosing what type of Air Conditioning may/may not be available in each home we manage. We’re sorry the kitchen supplies, noisy downstairs bathroom fan, and musty basement affected your enjoyment of the home, particularly the pool table. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can address them.
