Excellent communication with hosts. Home was immaculately clean, warm and cozy on cold nights, and exactly as pictured. Perfect fit for our family of four plus grandparents.

The house was infested with spiders. When we lifted my daughter bed cover to get into bed several spiders scattered. We found one spider crawling through my daughter’s pillow case about a quarter big right after she was hugging it. We were disgusted. There was hair in the shower and left over baby binkies behind our bed. The kitchen is an add on and in its own separate room. The whole experience was horrific. Like out of a horror film.
