Extremely quiet, clean, and beautiful views. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. We had an amazing Father’s Day getaway. We will definitely be rebooking and visiting again.

What a great spot to unwind and decompress. My wife and I spent some time Hot tubing, playing cards and we took a drive to Chimney Rock to hike a little bit. The quiet and solitude was amazing!

Loved staying at Hunky Dory ! Air Conditioning and Humidity control is excellent . Peace and quiet , hot tub for late nights and early mornings while traveling for work is a God send . Very clean , clear instructions on the fridge for guests . Highly recommend any of this host’s properties !

The Hunky Dory was a relaxing mountain weekend! Very cozy, nice weather, and only 40 minutes to Chimney Rock/Lake Lure!When we arrived, the bedroom’s AC unit was leaking all over the floor, down the curtains, and there was a puddle of water by the bed. I called the host twice and left a message, but I never heard back from him throughout our stay. Other than that, everything was great!
