This 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for your escape to Prescott. The one bedroom has a comfortable King Size bed with two dressers and two closets. The living room has a queen bed in the couch as well as a kitchenette that includes a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee pods) as well as an air fryer and hotplate. There is also an oversized jumbo washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the excellent amenities like a mounted TV with cable, Netflix, Prime TV and more. Also includes WiFi. Located on a hill with beautiful views and private fenced yard with Astro turf. Quiet neighborhood located 5 mins to Prescott Downtown Square as well as shopping and dining spots. We are also 5 mins from Watson and Willow Lake. We look forward to welcoming you to our place as well as your friendly dog/s. I also have two super sweet dogs that have their own private yard. This apt. Is in the lower level of our home and there are some stairs going down to the apt. Parking is in the driveway or on the street!
