That’s exactly what we hope every guest experiences! We truly appreciate your feedback about the bugs and the hot tub. Being right on the lake and surrounded by nature, we do our best to keep the critters outside where they belong, and our cleaning team makes sure the home is thoroughly cleaned every week (and often twice a week during busy times). As for the hot tub, I wish we had known during your stay that it didn’t seem to stay warm after your second night with us. We would’ve been happy to take a look right away.
