Summer getaway

Mark was an excellent host who clearly provided all the information we needed for the trip as well as additional information like local restaurants and grocery stores. He was quick to respond with any questions. The check in process was quite easy, house and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed including dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils and the location and view could not be beat. The house is close enough to Grace Bay amenities while maintaining privacy. The view was gorgeous and we spent lots of time by the pool. We even worked a couple of days while staying there and the house was well equipped for two of us to work without being crowded. We are looking forward to another trip soon!

Beautiful Turks Villa

The villa was a wonderful retreat. It was spacious, open, and immaculately clean. The decor was modern and tasteful. The living space opened up to a wide patio and private pool. The downstairs and upstairs patios faced the ocean, so the views were amazing. There was pretty beach we could walk to in 5 minutes. Or a 5 minute drive to Smith’s Reef for snorkeling or Grace Bay for more beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals at home. The owner was very fast to respond to questions and a special request I had. He was very kind and gracious and helped make our stay perfect!

I am always willing to share my experiences or knowledge of the island and want to ensure each guest has a great experience in the Turks and Caicos. I do value everyone's privacy and am a non-imposing styled host. Simply put, I like to be invisible, unless you have questions or needs.

Why they chose this property

Babalua beach is just a short walk down the road and so beautiful. The area itself is very residential and peaceful, with allot of high end villas in the area. The location is perfect because it's almost in the middle of the island and therefore in close proximity to everywhere you wan to visit. Right next the Turtle Cove Marina, 8 min drive from airport, 7 min into the Grace Bay area, or 10 min drive to Chalk Sound and more remote places like Sapodilla Beach.

What makes this property unique

The first thing that stands out are the exceptional views of the ocean from every floor. You see the entire north shore coastline, reef, marina and benefit from the breeze coming off the water. The house is modern, clean lines and uncluttered decor, with a pool that looks out onto the ocean as well.
