Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Stay in Watercolor with style, in this lovely two story four bedroom Forest District home. 69 Running Oak boasts beautiful vaulted ceilings, televisions in every bedroom and gourmet appliances throughout the kitchen. Guests can relax and enjoy a coffee or cocktail while sitting on the spacious porches. The front porch boasts a comfy porch swing while the back porch is perfect for outdoor dining. Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great house in Watercolor

We stayed here for our spring break week in April 2023. The house was well appointed for our stay. We really enjoyed the Watercolor amenities that you have access to with this home. Only item(s) missing were any beach chairs, but it was easy to rent at the Watercolor Beach Club.

Great home but bring your own dish soap, etc.

Nice house and great location for young kids because it’s not located on a busy street. Only downside is items that are normally included in vacation rentals were not included, such as no dish soap, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.

Perfect in every way!

This property perfectly matches the photos and is nestled inside the Watercolor Development among stunning homes and wooded streets. The golf carts are a perfect way to get around so we highly recommend renting one! The home is spacious and laid out well and we were thrilled w the quick responses of management co - when we needed something. You will love this home and it’s location to the Publix Grocery store- which we went to daily. You can get over to the beach club w/in 5 minutes. May is a great month to go to FL - as it’s not TOO hot! ENJOY!

Spring Break 2015

We had a great time at 69 Running Oak Circle for our Spring Break! The house us beautifully decorated, clean and was a great fit for my husband and me and 5 teenage boys. The house is in a great location...close to the field, pool, and the cut through to Seaside, and not too far from the Beach Club (an easy bike ride). We entertained a lot of the other parents during the week and the house worked well for that. The weather wasn't the best we have ever had, but a great time was had by all and we will be back! Thank you!

This is a Great Property

House was just as described, no surprises. We found the house well stocked with kitchenware and soap/TP/toiletries so you didn’t have to run out to store the first night. I thought we would rent a golf cart but discovered bikes worked better for our family. Resort is flat and very bike friendly. Nothing is more than a 5 min bike ride. Pleased with blue 360, handling reservation, good communication, clear and easy check in instructions and a courtesy call to make sure everything ok.

What a wonderful week we had at 69 Running Oak Circle! I am an interior designer and I was extremely surprised that my expectations were exceeded upon arrival. The house is beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Professional grade kitchen appliances are a bonus, especially if you like to cook! It is conveniently located to Watercolor Beach Club, Seaside and Publix. No need to take the car. Bikes get you there quickly. The 360 Blue staff were professional, prompt in responding and very helpful. We will stay here again!

May 2019 Stay

What a wonderful family vacation! We have been coming to WaterColors since my children were young and now they are married with their own children. This is this 2nd year we have rented thru 360 Blue and the experience is wonderful. Their app makes everything from checking in to departing so smooth and they called periodically to check in to see if we needed anything. The house was beautiful and so accommodating. The street was quiet and we loved hanging out on the large front porch. The location is terrific and just a short bike ride to the beach but just down the street from the Camp WaterColor pool. Our granddaughter loved the pool! All bedrooms had king sized beds and very comfortable mattresses! My only suggestion is to get black out shades/curtains in the master bedroom because when the sun comes up (before 6 am), the room is very bright. We definitely hope to rent this house again next year!

October 2021 Stay

Mold in several places including the walk in shower and sink area. The Cuisinart coffee pot filter needed replacing desperately as it was full of mold. No coffee filters upon arrival which would have been maddening if we would have arrived at midnight and woke up having to go to the store for filters. Supplying 2 filters would have been very nice. It would have saved me an early morning run to Publix. (We left the moldy filter by the sink after snapping a photo). The top sheet on the bed in the gray bedroom was so badly torn on the edge it would not stay on the bed. We hadn’t expected to remake the entire bed every morning during our vacation. Two of the bikes had flat front tires - there were 5 of us so that left 3 out. Several of the games were missing pieces so they really needed to be replaced. Bathroom doors were scratched badly from pets being left in them. The glass table is beautiful but has several chipped areas on the edge. The rug in the gray room is a safety hazard. We would not stay here again.

Great location to Camp Watercolor

This was our first visit to Watercolor and we had a wonderful time. We were all family - 2 grandparents, 2 young couples, 3 kids. Loved having 2 King beds downstairs and one up; and 2 sets of bunk beds - 1 upstairs and 1 down. We had plenty of room, convenient to Publix grocery, and to the Camp Watercolor pools. Also nice that 4 bikes were included. Everyone hated to leave! Hope to return next year!

Beautiful Watercolor home!

We were so comfortable in this home. Much larger in-person than appears in online pics. 360 Blue handled a minor issue (key cards didn't work at pool first day) and the proximity to Watercolor pools and kids area was perfect. Bikes that come with rental were so handy we rode them everyday. we will definitely be back!!

This was our first time in Seaside and we loved the beaches, shops and restaurants! Watercolor was a great family fun community and we will definitely be back. Our favorite part of our vacation besides going to the beach and shopping at the seaside shops was a deep sea fishing trip we took! They filleted the fish for us after our trip and we had a fish fry after!

April 2017 Stay

We stayed at 69 Running Oak Circle for our spring break trip. The home is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and 3 children. The mattresses were extremely comfortable as well! I highly recommend this property for your stay.

Two families came for spring break. You have a lovely home. Big, but comfortable and cozy. I always worry about bedding but the mattresses and comforters were perfect!. We enjoyed the beach and biking. A little shopping too :) A very enjoyable vacation!

We had a great stay at 69 Running Oak Circle! You can tell the outside was recently painted. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with the view of the wooded park. We also enjoyed bike riding and walking to Seaside along with all of the trails in Watercolor. Great house. We will stay here again.

December 2014 Stay

Great stay! The house was spacious and very accessible to all the amenities in Seaside. Our kids loved riding bikes everywhere and playing soccer on the community greenspace. The house offered just about everything we needed for a week-long stay, and for anything else, Publix was just around the corner, and even close enough for a short bike ride. We had a wonderful visit with friends and really enjoyed our stay--we highly recommend 360 Blue!

Very gracious owner

I must first admit that we did not have the opportunity to enjoy "Go Fish" as we had planned to do due to illness in my family. I had discussed our " health situation" with the owner when I made the reservation and I have to give the owner 5 Golden Stars for her understanding of our situation.When it became apparent that we were not going to be able to travel due to illness, not only did she reimburse our fees, but she wrote a very thoughtful note as well! We will most definitely plan to stay at this property in the future.
