THE SPACE
This 2BD/1BA newly renovated home is located across the street from a park and walking distance to a large hospital. It is about 1 mile from downtown.

The house comfortably sleeps 5 people (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin loft bed), and the pullout sofa does allow for 2 additional guests. There is a 45" smart TV in the main living area, high speed Wi-Fi, and dedicated workspaces in both bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors on the large covered front porch or sunny back patio.

All starter essentials for cooking, cleaning, and toiletries are provided.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. The driveway is shared with a back cottage that can be accessed from the alley behind the house.

Driveway parking on site is first come, first served, UNLESS reserved at the time of booking (Additional $50/month. Subject to availability; MUST request during booking for approval). Otherwise, there is free, easily accessible street parking in front of the house, or on nearby side streets.
