This was by far, the nicest VRBO I have stayed at. The only drawback was that it was on the 2nd floor, but the unit itself makes up for that 100%! Well stocked kitchen, clean and tidy, tasteful decor, comfy beds, and walking distance to downtown Kennebunk. The pictures shown in the listing are EXACTLY what you get! In fact, I am trying to figure out my next trip to the area, so that I can stay there again!!

This comfortable and quaint farmhouse had everything we needed. It has so much character with some original doors but contemporary kitchen and bath. Beds are comfortable. It is clean and on a quiet and peaceful street

Tastefully decorated and well equipped stay near the beach
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for our group of 3 friends who wanted a beach getaway for the 4th of July. The home is decorated with such intentionality and it is so cute, and we loved all the small touches. It also was spotless. It was a great location to walk to downtown Kennebunk or drive to downtown Kennebunkport and the beaches. We really appreciated the beach pass and used it almost every day of our stay. An additional fan upstairs could be useful to help with airflow on hot summer days but we recognize it is a tricky set up with the AC. We hope to stay again soon!

Clean and simple, beds were pretty mediocre. You can hear anything happening in the downstairs unit in crystal clarity. It is very spacious and there is plenty of good food around. We had a repair tech scheduled to be there during the time we were staying there, which was a unique experience. Since we weren't really comfortable with someone being there with all our belongings while we were out we ended up staying all day. I understand things break it was just a bummer. All in all it was a ok stay.

Farmhouse Retreat Upstairs
The unit with the exception of the kitchen in a 2 star accommodation at best. The pocket door to the bathroom is especially poor. It makes a huge amount of noise, is too heavy and comes off the track.
