The Space:

713 Barrington Drive is a meticulously renovated second-floor villa that balances modern coastal style with the tranquility of a tropical resort. As the closest unit to the beach within its section of the Palmetto Dunes Beachfront Resort, it offers an effortless transition from your living room to the Atlantic shoreline in under two minutes.

The interior features an open-concept living area with contemporary furnishings, soft neutral tones, and abundant natural light. The primary suite is anchored by a comfortable king-sized bed and serves as a quiet sanctuary. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and updated cabinetry allows for seamless meal preparation, complemented by 1.5 baths for added guest convenience. The private balcony provides a peaceful spot to breathe in the salty sea air and enjoy the lush, tropical surroundings of the gated community.

Rental Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A valid ID and credit card are required for check-in.

Resort Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking within the villa will result in a $500 restoration fee.

Very convenient location and a very nice property. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Beach access was great. Only there for 2 days but would be nice to stay there for a week. Only problem was no WiFi unless we missed it never saw how to get access to the WiFi other than that very comfortable apartment

This property was great. It was spotless and was nicely updated. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and pool. It was a great value as well. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Hilton Head.

The condo was excellent. Just perfect for 2 of us. Comfortable bed & great location. Easy walk to a very clean pool & beautiful beach. Kroger & Fresh Market were nearby. Rented bikes to get around Palmetto Dines which was fun. Would definitely stay there again surrounded by nice people.

Excellent location in Palmetto Dunes. Communication with management team was excellent. Only unfortunate situation was the only night we had an opportunity to use the pool facilities, the hot tub was not hot, the bubbler was not bubbling, and the pool facility bathrooms were without power. I assume someone fixed it in a timely manner, but I didn’t get a second chance to enjoy.

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing beach access

I stayed at 713 Barrington for over a month and enjoyed every day of my stay. It was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. I had everything I needed, including a desk to work at with an external monitor which was an unexpected bonus. The beach is super close and absolutely gorgeous.

Great Stay at Barrington Park

713 Barrington was a wonderful villa and retreat. Clean, quiet, and relaxing! We had a wonderful time at the beach and grounds, although somehow, we neglected the pool area this year which was out of fashion for us. We just really enjoy the area and all of its surrounding attractions, restaurants, and fun! Five Stars all the way! Looking forward to talking to Shirley (downstairs) again and visiting the general store for soft serve ice cream. The weather couldn't have been any better! Thanks to all involved for a great stay!

Good: Very clean overall, quiet, loved overlooking the fountain and pond, close to the beach.Not so good: No hangers in the closets, kitchen could be better stocked, coffee maker needs a good cleaning, needs some more lighting in bedroom and living area, in need of some general repairs to furniture and lamps.The bad: The gate code we were given to access the pool and beach and did not work. We tried contacting the host and the main Dwell Vacation rentals phone number to get help on the code. We ended up having to drive to the Dwell Vacation rentals office when they opened the next morning to get a different code to try, which was correct. This was nearly 20 hours after we arrived before we could use the pool and access the beach. After the fact, we did hear other guests that had the same problem.Overall: Despite the hiccup to start things off, we did enjoy ourselves for our short stay. If not for the gate access issue, we would have given this 4 stars.
