We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property! The area is peaceful and made for a perfect home-base for exploring the lakes region. We enjoyed using the firepit and hot-tub... perfect to relax after a long day. Would love to stay again someday in the future, thank you!

We were in town for a wedding that was at Gunstock Resort and Timber view Farms that required shutting from Gilford. This house was perfectly located near all of that. Only 20 minutes from Tilton where there was a great lake, mini golf, outlet mall, and more to stay busy. The layout held my family perfectly with 8 adults, 2 kids(15yrs,6yrs).

Stayed at this Vrbo for a snowmobile race at Gunstock and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for getting to the event. It made the whole weekend easy and enjoyable, whether we were heading out early or coming back to relax after a long day.

The house held 7 of us so comfortably - plenty of room. Great location with beautiful views and a mile from Gunstock mountain. Well equipped kitchen, games, and a bonus of a separate game room. It really checked all the boxes for an excellent 3-day family gathering.

Had a great stay! Everything I could have asked for

My group and I had a wonderful stay! The photos do not even do justice the beautiful views and ample space we had. It's also really well located to Gunstock (less than a minute away) and the happenings of the beach and towns. Hope to be back this summer!

Peaceful retreat

A group of us stayed here for a wedding at Gunstock Mountain. The location is perfect. Minutes away from the resort, stores, and restaurants. Bank of NH pavilion is also right there. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of dishes in the kitchen and some fun games to play by a fireplace! Would def stay again with friends or family for other events!

The house was great, perfect setting close to gunstock Mountain had room for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed not the owner‘s fault. Apparently the hot tub broke a couple days before we were to arrive and because of the holidays, they couldn’t get someone out while we were there to fix it
