About this property

Cottage in East Hampton - just outside of the village

This rustic country home embodies traditional Hamptons cottage charm, but has all modern technology and amenities. The cottage is bright and sunny with high ceilings and a strong attention to detail. Features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower. The master bedroom features sliding glass doors that leads to an expansive wood deck where you can enjoy relaxing time outdoors. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including oven/gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen beautifully flows into the dining room, perfect for entertaining. The living room has a large TV with Apple TV. There is also high-speed wireless internet. Ductless air units in each bedroom, kitchen and living room for air conditioning (in addition to a ceiling fan).

All linens are provided, including beach towels. There are beach chairs as well. There is a laundry closet on the main level. The property is situated on a full acre of property, and the large yard is fully fenced in for pets and kids with outdoor seating, hammock, fire pit and a gas grill.

We are just a short bike ride to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, the closest access being at the end of Egypt Lane, just two miles from the house. We are just a mile to beautiful and historic East Hampton Village, full of terrific shopping, great dining options, and fantastic people watching! There are also nearby farm stands, parks, hiking trails, tennis courts, and all the other cultural and social attractions of the East End of Long Island. Transportation options to and from NYC including the Hampton Jitney & the Long Island Railroad are under five minutes away. Easy access to Sag Harbor, Amagansett and Montauk as well.

This delightfully central location, coupled with the classic architecture and luxurious furnishings of our two bedroom cottage makes this an ideal Hamptons get-away. Contact me for more information!

Lovely cottage in a great location

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and loved it. The property is beautiful and the cottage is updated and comfortable. It is an easy walk to The center of East Hampton. We will look to visit again in the future.

I Would Love A Cottage Just Like This!

The cottage was perfect. We would come back from days of exploring, eating, and working out to just relax. It was private and had such lovely finishing details to make it cozy and comfortable.

Beautifully Designed, Inviting, Wonderful Backyard

We loved our stay at this home! The interior is beautifully designed, with high ceilings and modern fixtures. Yet, the structure still retains its farmhouse charm, with exposed beams and wood. The backyard is absolutely wonderful -- a large expanse of land with a hammock and fire pit. The home is also well-located -- a 15-minute or 2-minute drive to town. The owner, Liz, is also very kind and responsive. We look forward to returning!

Cutest East Hampton Cottage EVER!!!

Great Hamptons Cottage - just a short stroll into East Hampton Village for world class shopping and dining. Its rare to find a cottage that offers an authentic cottage feel and has such a spacious yard. Massive back lawn, complete with fire pit, hammock and teak dining set. We spent our evenings sipping rose in the garden before walking into the village for dinner. Liz was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay

Beautiful property, with top quality finishings. Everything was immaculate and couldn't of been happier with the stay. Garden was much larger than had expected, which was a positive surprise.
