This property was a beautiful, fully furnished place away from home. My family of 5 made some great memories while enjoying this cozy getaway that wasn’t far from the beach and downtown experiences. Would highly recommend and rebook!

This was such an amazing location and property! Just 15 minutes away from downtown South Haven. Very private, very safe area. We did a girl’s trip for three nights. The kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed. The beds were so comfortable. We were obsessed with the couch- so much so one of us is trying to find it to purchase for their home. 10/10! We hope to make it an annual trip to this exact location. Great communication and great host!

The pictures did not do this place justice! This was the perfect quiet get away. Don't be afraid to check out the local area spots not in South Haven or Saugatuck. We did the Dune Tours in Saugatuck. Modales winery was also a nice hidden gem. Check out the visitor's guide that Holly provides as she provides great suggestions!!

The schoolhouse property was perfect for our family. Cozy main room with a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and a firepit and hottub. We’re looking forward to the next time we can sneak away and hang at the schoolhouse for some much needed RR
