Please don't leave food or drinks outside as this will attract animals. Thank you!

Check in was breeze. Outside lights were not working for us to light our path to the deck . The house served its purpose. It could use some updates and painting but value for our stay was there .

Hi Alysha, thank you for staying with us and giving us good feedback! The solar lights on deck stairs is an addition to the sound controlled lights(which are bit away from the deck stairs), unfortunately the solar batteries don't work reliably, we are looking for some other solution(put on railings) to address the issue. For now the path to the backdoor with sound controlled lights should be a better way to enter the home when it's dark. The home has been a vacation home for a quite while(managed by another company earlier) and it has been loved by many families, we also got some marks from kids overtime and we plan to add some new paint to enhance in early May. Thanks again and welcome to still consider us in the future as we are improving. --Peter

One of our favorite destinations is the Boone area - it's a place that we come back to again and again, and we'd like to share the home so people from around the country can enjoy Boone's beautiful scenery and relaxing atmosphere!

Why they chose this property

Nestled right outside the Boone city limits, the home is a few minutes away from downtown and the vibrant Appalachian State University. A branch of the East/South Fork New River runs through the neighborhood, and a vast green field sits right outside the home.

Driving in the opposite direction, a couple minutes takes you to The Blue Ridge Parkway for easy access to recreational opportunities such as scenic overlooks, hiking, Grandfather mountain, and The Linn Cove Viaduct. With a quiet, charming neighborhood and endless adventure opportunities, the home is a perfect destination for guests looking to enjoy the Appalachians!

What makes this property unique

The kitchen is very well equipped - the multi-functional pressure cooker can be used to prepare a variety of dishes such as rice, slow stewed soup, and different kinds of meat. We even offer a meat slicer for hotpot or Korean barbecue!

Beyond the kitchen, unwind in the private, 51-jet hot tub or by one of our fire pits. The home also has many beautiful paintings on the walls!
