Great instructions on how to access the buokding. Check in/out was straight forward. Such a unique little place, and so close to everything on the main street. The Cup of Coffee was nice as well.

Romantic
Although we were three girlfriends we agreed how romantic this darling place would be for a romantic getaway.
Incredible view, I loved listening to the water on the beach at night. There's no parking or a/c but we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, do, and eat.

Disappointed at the Belmont
The location and view is good, but very few things besides that.

Nice little spot with enough room for 3 or 4
We loved the old charm of the building with the brick wall, little notes people leave in the bricks were fun. The view is awesome and we love the convenience of being right in the middle of town. The walls are a bit thin, but that's to be expected and at the time we stayed there the other guests were considerate. The patio is a great spot to sit for sunset/sunrise but there is no privacy from the room next door. At the time of this review, we found the King mattress to be way too soft and in need of replacement, otherwise we'd give it 5 stars. There is no AC but there is a gigantic ceiling fan and full length doors to open that were more than adequate for cooling off.

Hi, Grant. Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the building’s charm, the amazing view, and the convenient location. We appreciate your feedback regarding the thin walls, patio privacy, and the king mattress comfort. Your comments are valuable, and we will share them with our local team for consideration. We’re glad the ceiling fan and open doors helped keep you comfortable despite the absence of AC. We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

Good place for younger adults with very little luggage
Lovely room with great view. Enjoyable deck right above the water. Comfortable bed on main level. Nice and quiet location in town.
Upper bed unusable unless you are very agile and do not need to use the bathroom at night. Not suitable for young children or elderly.
Web page description for parking is not correct. Only street parking is available and VERY LIMITED especially on weekends. Common to find parking 3-4 blocks away and need to carry luggage a distance. Not even a loading zone!
Note the 4pm check-in time is a full 1 hour later than any other rental in Pt Townsend. Also the 10am check-out time is 1 hour earlier than other local rentals and Vacasa makes you pay to stay later! There is no option to ask for deviation, even if the room is not booked before or after.
