Neighborhood: Magnolia is charming, with a small-town feel and beautiful views of the Puget Sound and downtown Seattle. Despite being only 10-min away, it feels far from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Families explore the beaches and forested trails of the vast Discovery Park, home to West Point Lighthouse. Smaller Magnolia Park has expansive water views. Locals mingle in the Village, a cluster of upscale shops and cafes, and the site of a summer farmers market.

Great location in a beautiful quiet residential area. Peekaboo view of downtown Seattle from the east-facing terrace (for these rare sunny days!)Lovely hosts, responsive and very helpful.Easy parking. Nice shower.
Great location and great views of Seattle downtown. Very clean, all items that we needed were there during our stay. Host was very responsive when we had questions.
My wife and I greatly enjoyed our two-night stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated and well-fitted. The bed was comfortable and all the systems (WiFi, hot water, laundry, etc) worked great. We can recommend this apartment when visiting Seattle.
Wonderful rental. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Very comfortable. Patio with bistro table was ideal for coffee and meals. Highly recommend.

Very cool place with great kitchen, laundry, bathrooms (1 1/2) and other amenities. Lots of books and games. My only issue is the bed. It’s small, and extremely low. Like 18-20 inches.
This was our second stay at this exceptional absolutely five star VRBO. It is so beautiful, spacious, extraordinarily well equipped, and a perfect home away from home in every way! The hosts are always so kind, gracious, and are excellent communicators in every way. We love the location and setting in beautiful Magnolia we find it close to downtown Seattle, Ballard, Fremont, etc. all the various areas we might want to visit, yet is one of the prettiest neighborhoods we find in all of suburban Seattle. The village of Magnolia is quaint in and up itself, and everything is close and accessible. It’s so nice to have a state of the art washer and dryer, bathroom facilities, kitchen, etc. We love the little fireplace wall in the kitchen as well. Easy to use, so pretty, and as a little bit of extra warmth in the morning kitchen routine. The entire home is well heated though, and responds well to adjusting perfectly for whomever is staying there. The bed has excellent support, yet was very comfortable for our backs, and our night’s sleep each night. We love the view from the living room out the glass doors that overlooked the pretty skyline and other homes of Magnolia, and allowed us to bring the sky and the trees into our view in such a gorgeous way. The hosts are very quiet when they are home, and the sound barrier between the upstairs and the downstairs is excellent. We cooked our breakfasts & other meals there, and found the kitchen exceptionally well equipped. Highly recommend!
