This is a beautiful property! Well appointed, nice amenities, away from Santa Fe enough to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to enjoy the city attractions. We would recommend this to anyone! Thanks Craig!
Perfect spot for a Sedona Weekend! We appreciated the location of this well-appointed home. We were able to walk to the Cathedral Rock Trail and the Little Horse Trail thus avoiding the crowds. A quiet neighborhood just south of downtown.
We all loved staying there, and will probably come back! The dogs really loved it also! It is a beautiful and peaceful setting! Perfect in every way!!!

Very clean and comfortable. We had great morning and afternoon excursions then relaxed on the porch in the early evenings. Craig was a great host. Thanks!
Great find. This gem is situated close to town but feels like you are remote. Peaceful mornings, lots of birds and singing. Hummingbirds are zooming around the feeders on the porch - perfect sitting area for taking it all in. The host, Craig, was very attentive and you can see the love of the gardens. Great home, everything you need!
Oh my heavens! This is absolutely the loveliest place....maybe the best we've ever stayed in! And we've stayed in many lovely places. We loved all of the art and special touches all the way down to the dishes, tea set, appropos books and cookbooks...and esPECIALly the kitchen aprons. They are lovely! The hats, rope, and gauchos are also such a great addition. And all the accoutrement at the front of the house makes it even all the more special. It has such a homey Southwest feel...and we appreciated it all. While we'd been looking for a place with a fireplace/fire pit, in the end were so happy we chose here....we were thoroughly satisfied! Its such a lovely place with so many special touches. Also, Craig was prompt in his responses to my correspondence during our stay, and helpful with information sharing as needed. We also loved being out away from the city where we enjoyed much peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets...but missed sunrises, because we slept in.

Thank you Michelle, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and appreciated the furnishings and décor in the Casita. We've worked hard to provide a uniquely "Santa Fe" vibe at Casita del Sol with a combination of rustic and refined southwestern décor.

The kitchen was well-stocked with the necessary items to prepare food. The kitchen sink was unique, i.e., it was rather large for the kitchen. The furniture was comfortable, with the added delight of Southwest Indian knick-knacks and pillows that added a beautiful touch. It was nicely decorated with flowers on the front, with outside patio furniture to relax in and watch the hummingbirds play.I was disappointed with the location and the dirt road you must travel to get to the house. However, there was shell/ gravel inside the gated property to and in front of the house. The bathroom could use a new shower curtain inside the tub and new floor rugs. All in all we had a nice stay.

Thank you for your feedback David. We're glad you had a nice stay at Casita del Sol. It's very common for large properties (2.5 acres) to have some of the access be gravel roads. In this case about 1/4 mile of the access to the property is gravel, the rest is paved. I agree with you about the bathroom rugs. New rugs were ordered a few days ago and should be in place soon. Thanks again for staying with us and providing your thoughts.
