This three-bedroom and three-bath standalone townhome is one of the Kona’s most desirable properties with stunning ocean views, an outdoor dining space, and access to a beautiful oceanfront pool. One of just 12 units in the community, this home offers a private retreat where you’ll also be just a 3-minute walk from the famous Magic Sands Beach Park.

Step into this home and immediately enjoy 2,000 square feet of island charm. The heart of this space is the first floor living areas, as they offer the best of indoor/outdoor living. The large double-slide pocket doors reveal beautiful ocean views and a spacious lanai, extending your living space to the outdoors. Upstairs you’ll find the primary suite with a Cal-king bed, luxurious ensuite bathroom, and its own private lanai with ocean views. Across the hall, there is a second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There’s a third bedroom on the main floor, featuring a king bed or option for twin beds upon request. Kona 2025

This place is lovely. Great location and amenities. 5-10 minute drives to Kona, Keauhou, and Holualoa. Great views of the ocean from the back decks. 3 minute walk to Magic Sands beach and a 15 min walk to Kahalu'u beach. Just be careful of the waves at Magic Sands!

Just Bring Your Toothbrush and Bathing Suit!

Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked! Beach chairs, towels, barbeque, snorkel equipment - everything you need! Beautiful view and wonderful location. Would definitely recommend!

Even while the unusual "winter" weather put the kabosh on water activities, we enjoyed the Kono area so much, knowing we would return to the luxury of this house each day. The owner was quick to reply helpfully to any questions.

Great vacation!

This property is everything that is advertized and then some. Great location, beautiful home (well stocked) with a great view. Within walking distance to a nice beach and the greatest snorkling right out front. Try the Big Island Grill if you like local food. Would go back in a heartbeat aned would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the Big Island.

Fantastic property and a perfect location for our group!

We truly enjoyed your lovely home. The location can't be beat, so close to both Kona and Keauhou Bay. We had our coffee every morning out the back gate to the ocean and sunset many nights by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to maneuver. The complex of just 12 homes was beautifully landscaped and had easy access to the pool and hot tub. We are already planning our trip back!

Lovely oceanfront experience!

We had a great family stay for 8 nights here, and really felt like we lucked into a gem in comparison to some of the other rentals we looked at. The house is really well-appointed with things we used during our stay, the property overall is quiet and clean, and everything was very seamless and easy. We'd come back for sure.

A nice stay in a nice area in a nice setting

We enjoyed our stay very much and enjoyed the easy access to many sites. The only negative was that the BBQ grill was not working properly (I believe the gas jets were clogged) so we had to cook our food another way. Some light bulbs need to be replaced, but all in all these were minor negatives.

High end vacation stay

Loved the place. It was on the higher side of pricing, but would recommend to anyone. The only “issue” I came a cross, was that the upstairs guest bedroom (not master) had a shower that needs some TLC. The catch to switch from bath to shower water was not fully functional, but still worked.

Very comfortable home. Snorkeling direct from in front of the property (be careful of sea urchins when entering the water), swimming beach within 200 meters. Inviting front deck with view to snorkeling bay and swimming beach beyond. Some road noise which might disturb light sleepers. Considerate and attentive owner and manager.

Near-perfect...ideal spot for a Kona vacation

This property is in a great place right along the shore, near Magic Sands Beach. Beautiful views from the first- and second-floor lanai...even better from the pool area. Clean, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (and massive bonus points for proper kitchen knives...a rarity in rentals!). The Weber grill on the patio is also in good working order.The owners obviously take great pride in the home. It's tastefully decorated and has a modern but comfortable feel. Each bedroom has a separate climate control unit. Living room has a big TV that allows streaming. In-home wifi works well. Ditto for the washer and dryer.Some reviews mention road noise. It's there, but wasn't a real issue for us. If you stay for New Year's, though, there will be a lot of fireworks noise...probably true in most of Kona. Otherwise, no biggie. Overall, I can't really think of anything negative to say. We all agreed we'd stay there again.

Very convenient location but noise from Ali’i Drive is detrimental to those staying in either guest bedroom. Beautiful view from lanai, close to exit to parking and trash and very short walk to pool area. Gate code was a little confusing and getting out involved pressing another button that wasn’t well marked. Very close to a small market but Safeway was a bit of a drive. Not walkable to Kona.

Lovely property

We spent 9 days mid August in the property and would definitely recommend it. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious for our 3 couple family and was well stocked with everything needed (including a good supply of coffee mugs & glasses). The listing description was accurate and the property was exactly what we were expecting - maybe more. We enjoyed the large lanai looking out over the ocean - a perfect spot for morning coffee and breakfast. The pool is great for an afternoon cool down after the very warm Kona days. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. I especially appreciated the easy rental process and quick response to all questions as well as the timely receipt of arrival information which included helpful area info.

sunsets, oeanfront & next to Magic Sands Beach -- what more does one want?

We stayed here on one prior occasion 2 yrs ago; so this is a repeat performance. We had a wonderful stay; access to White Sands Beach cannot be improved upon, it's unique! The view and seclusion is excellent. The only negative is that there is noise from the Alii Drive traffic. But that noise can be tuned out, and is largely dependent upon time of day, day of week, time of year. But who can complain, as ths is paradise! Condo is comfortable, making all feel totally at-home. View is sensational. A nice blend of view and seclusion. Just 20 yds or so from actual ocean-line, slight setback from other units. Location is 4 miles south of KONA Pier,,, just far enough to be away from ground zero, and not too far to be inconvenient. Obviously requires car to get around. New owners were very attentive to informational instructions; altho we didn't need it because of prior experiences. Everything worked, couldn't find anything but good to say.

Fantastic Kona Vacation

This vacation home provide us with a awesome and fantastic vacation experience in the Kona, HI area. We chose this house based on information from the VRBO website and the property web site. The property website provided very useful info about the property and location, as while as activities in the general area. The house was spotless, very well maintained, had all kitchen, house-hold amenities, along with items useful for pool, beach, water activities, etc. This house is in a gated community of 12 houses, with a common pool/spa area. The pool was very clean, with lounge chairs and tables, located right next to the ocean. Views from the property were stunning, everyday being able to watch a gorgeous sunset. We were able to snorkel in a small lagoon right behind the house and a 5 minute walk to a white sand beach allowed us to play in the water, boogie-board, etc. Just a mile South of the house was a very popular beach/snorkel area were we had a great time viewing fish, turtles, etc. The house owners provided great service and were very helpful and responsive when answering questions and providing additional info about the house and the area. They were genuinely concerned that everything about the house was in order and kept in contact via email about any concerns we might have. We highly recommend this proprty to anyone wanting a rental on the ocean, close to water activiites, only a few minutes from town.

Best maintained house we ever rented!

The owner and the property fullfilled all we dreamt about! A great contact with the friendly owner from the first day even we are located in Europe. The property itself: excellent as advertised. We are renting houses around the world quite often, this one was really the best kept and maintained property we ever found. Thank you! We felt very very comfortable and we missed not even one item! Beach towels? More than enough avaiable! Beach gear? Avaiable and in best conditions! Books? Dont waste weight and money: The house is like a libary! Especially books about Hawaii! Leave your travelbook at home! And don't take too much clothes with you: The washer and dryer are there for you! The informationbook about the property's equipment: outstanding! All your questions will be answered. I stop now because I could count much more items and the answer would be as always. Excellent! Overall: it was the best we could do when we decided to rent this house! Fully recommanded! Thank you once again for this experience and greetings from Germany.

Beautiful Kona Home with all the Extras!

We had a great time! Everything about the home was just as you said. Perfect for our little family to have some room to move around in, and the pool was lovely. We have stayed in quite a few rental homes (mostly for skiing), and yours was felt more like house-sitting than renting! You had nice pillows, good knives and dishes, great books, plus lots of extra towels, toilet paper ect. Thank you for letting us use the beach chair, mats and boogie boards.... It seems to us like most rental homes don't let you use the "good stuff"! It was refreshing to be trusted! I was a bit anxious about figuring out the security system, but one we used it - it was very straightforward. The grounds were very well kept - and the man who was working the grounds was very kind and patient with speaking to my oldest son, who always has a million questions for people! The master bedroom ensuite shower was a treat! The local guide was excellent. We never would have checked out kukio beach without it - that was a great adventure! We also really liked Bongo Ben's - they bent over backwards to make sure our boys had a great time. All in all it was a perfect pick for us with our family as it is. We were amazed at how close your home is to the "action" and yet how private it seems when you're out in the pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Kona Onenalo: Oceanfront Rental

My family stayed at this rental home July 19-23, 2010. We were VERY pleased with the experience. The website accurately reflects the home's amenities and the owners are very easy to work with. The unit is located in a quiet, lushly landscaped, gated community of 12 single homes and is within walking distance of two sandy beaches (about a mile from Kahalu'u Beach park for snorkeling). It's located about 4 miles south of the center of Kona and convenient to town, but removed from the tourist hustle. We were traveling as a family of 4, but the unit could easily sleep 6. The first floor den is a third bedroom (with sliding privacy doors giving complete privacy). This feels like you are staying in the home of a friend rather than staying at a rental property (everything is clean, comfortable and in excellent condition). The kitchen is fully equiped. We didn't feel the lack of air conditioning was a problem. The ceiling fans and attic fan do a very good job of moving the air through the home. The pool and hot tub are lovely and we often had the pool to ourselves. The orientation of the home does a good job of shielding the living and sleeping areas from any potential noise from traffic on Alii drive. If you are considering a condo rental rather than a hotel room at a resort, I would encourage you to look into this rental. This is a top notch facility and it offers so much more value and space than a hotel room. You also have the option of saving $$ by preparing some meals rather than eating out every meal.

We enjoyed this house very much. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and necessary equipment for meal preparation. There were even some staples in the cabinet and the refrigerator. When we first walked in we were greeted with wide open windows across the whole back of the house. It is beautiful. Nice view to the nearby beach. We loved the White Sands beach which is right next door. We were surprised to discover that there wasn't air conditioning. I think generally that wouldn't be an issue from all the people we spoke to, but it happened to be quite warm the week we were there. Thankfully the house has lots of ceiling fans and stand up fans. The landscaping around the property is beautiful. The gardener even had bunches of bananas at the gate that he picked from the trees on the property. You can't get a fresher banana than that. There are masks, snorkels, flippers, water shoes, boogie boards, noodles, inflatables, chairs, beach towels, and laundry detergent in addition to all the things you would expect to be supplied in a home. The pool was nice, but we didn't use it very much since there were so many fantastic beaches to visit. We didn't use the bus but there is a bus stop directly across the street. We went to the nearby Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. I highly recommend that. It is in the shopping center where the KTA food store is. That is where we bought most of our groceries. There is also an Urgent Care in that shopping center. We had to go there to get stitches for one of our girls who cut her toe. (BE SURE TO WEAR WATER SHOES!) One downside is the traffic noise in the front two bedrooms. I would imagine that to be true for most of the places along the road. The noise didn't seem to keep our children awake since they were pretty exhausted from the days' activities. Also, the fans drown out some of the noise. The electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms weren't working. We contacted them and their maintenance man came out right away. We chose to use an electrical extension cord into the room during the time we were there instead of having another contractor come in during our visit. I expect that it will be fixed quickly. All in all, a great home away from home. We were there for 8 nights and were very sad to have to leave.

Aloha! Amazing villa. Beautiful inside and out. Lots of space for everyone. Fully stocked as well with what we needed. Spectacular snorkeling out your back door! Top notch villa. Wish I could live there. Mahalo SkyRun for everything. Oh....and they left us a huge fruit basket that was really appreciated and yummy!

Great for Family Visit

We were two seniors, one adult and one teenager. It was perfect as we had the three bedrooms. Everything that we needed was provided; the kitchen was especially well equipped. The view towards Magic Sands was great. Access to the main roads was easy and it was a pretty central location to go either north (Hawi) or south (Punalu'u). We used the AC which worked out well for some of our party. I think turning it off and opening windows and doors would have worked well also. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
