We loved staying here! Close to everything, super clean, and a very functional layout for family/ friends to enjoy with kids. The weather was not on our side but the amount of games made being stuck inside better. We had a small hiccup and Brian was so attentive and quick to fix it! Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.

Very nice house. Ac in bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout totally helped on warm days. Comfortable beds. Large yard for kids. Everything you’d ever need in the kitchen -Small deck but good for 6 adults.

Very clean, spacious, and quick drive to Scarborough beach. Beds were very comfortable, and the beach chairs/towels/umbrella were appreciated. House has AC in bedrooms and the units were able to cool the whole house quite well even during the heat wave. Host was very easy to work with and very responsive. Wonderful home - great location - well stocked. Great value!

The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was (which rarely happens). Plenty of condiments, olive oil, etc. Bedrooms were well-appointed. Lots of family games. Close t o the beach. Having the extra space on the lower level was very helpful. It provided a nice space for the teens.

We had a great stay at this home! Super clean, easily accessible and the perfect setup for our family. Only minor note was the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not very strong and it was a very hot day. Other than that we had a great experience!

Wedding week in Narragansett

We had a fantastic time during our stay at our host Brian’s home in Narragansett. The house was very clean with TV’s in every room. The beds and the sofas are all new and comfortable. Brian contacted us on our check in date at 11:00 am letting us know we could move in as opposed to waiting until 4:00pm.

Property was great, clean, easy check in a fantastic location. Didn’t realize there was no AC in the main living spaces, only in the bedrooms. The breeze outside was sufficient though seeing as it wasn’t too hot outside.
