I'm glad Craig found the condo clean and comfortable. I'm not sure where he was walking to or what kind of physical condition he is in, but most people find it very easy to walk to everything Savannah has to offer. According to Google, as well as my own and others experience, it is 20 - 25 minute walk from the condo thru the historic district (AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL walk) to the shopping district on Broughton Street. From there it is about 5 minutes to the river. The unit is also 2 minutes to Kroger grocery and 5 minutes to legendary Forsyth Park. Savannah is known for its walk-ability. There are also peddi cabs everywhere that will ride you around if you get tired. It is a really great location.
This place was better than I could have planned! So comfortable and just the right size for the both of us! The pool was the perfect temperature too! By far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in- I would have taken it home if I could have gotten in on the plane :-) Super close 2 minute walk to the Kroger to get all the things we needed for our stay! 15/10 would recommend to anyone looking at this place!

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it’s one of the places downtown where you can truly live like a local. It’s walkable, full of character, and close to everything—Forsyth Park, coffee shops, restaurants, and historic streets—without feeling overly touristy. It’s the kind of area where people actually live, not just visit.
