Only a mile from downtown shops, galleries, restaurants and more, this spacious townhouse has all you need to spread out and relax. Many windows give the home lots of natural light and excellent views. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, with a private balcony off the master bedroom. Enclosed back courtyard offers a lovely outdoor grilling and dining area. One car garage for guest parking, plus two cruiser bikes for you to explore Salida! No smoking or pets.

WiFi is reliable and fast to support work-from-home situations.

Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen or grilling out in the backyard. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants.

Monarch Crest is only 20 miles away. Hiking and mountain biking trails can be found on Salida Mountain Trails. Collegiate Peaks 14ers await you. Fly fishing galore along the Arkansas River!

This house is strictly non-smoking (inside and outside) and pet-free. We cannot accommodate any animals, as the homeowners have severe pet allergies. Any violation of either of these rules will likely result in extra professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, for which we will of course have to pass the bill along to the offending guest. Thanks in advance for respecting our house rules, as we hate having to bill folks for anything!

Stay elsewhere! The host did not meet my basic expectations of honesty and was unresponsive to communications. Salida has many other options that are sure to make your trip more pleasant.

Cozy Modern Mountain Town Get Away!

My wife and friends and I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful townhome in Salida during a festival weekend. Super comfy, lots of space, modern appliances and a great little back patio. Would love to stay here again!PS- they have an awesome sticker board hanging that we definitely took part in :)

Salida Trip

We had a great stay in Salida at this property. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking items. The beds were comfortable and the property included plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. It was easy to bike into town to access hiking trails and the river and the neighborhood complex was very quiet.
