We often stay in rentals when we travel to see our son in Santa Monica. This property was the best we have experienced. There were no issues, It was spotlessly clean and new, well-stocked, and had a comfortable air conditioner and bed. Nice appliances. Could have used more coffee cups. Great coffee machine. Easy parking, Responsive host. Secure/safe, nice walkable neighborhood. The roof top deck was nice to have. There are stairs to the living area and to the roof top so if stairs are difficult it is something to consider. Otherwise we loved it!
