Oceanfront condo with an outstanding ocean view from the 2nd floor - end unit! Nicely appointed, 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo. Located in A Place at the Beach condo complex with oceanfront swimming pool. Central Heat/Air, television, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans throughout, and Washer/Dryer in unit. Enjoy the view from the furnished private sundeck situated perfectly to enjoy beautiful Carolina sunsets from this south facing beach. NON-SMOKING and absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED. Place at the Beach Condominiums are located on the western end of Ocean Isle Beach and share a private oceanfront swimming pool access and walkway to the beach. Wireless Internet Access. Golf Carts are not permitted at this complex. Sleeps 4. Full, 2 Singles Blue Ribbon; all beds will be made and towel sets provided for 4 guests.

Golf carts are not allowed at this condo complex.

We had an excellent stay. You cant beat the location or the views! The place was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Check in/Check out was easy. Beach access was so convenient. Had everything we needed.

We enjoyed a great stay here!! We loved the unobstructed view of the beach and enjoyed sitting on the porch as much as we could. It was reasonably comfortable for three of us on some rainy days, with comfy seating inside. The only downsides were a slight difficulty in getting the required parking pass, confusion with how to get to the specific unit, a very loud AC unit, and some not-so-comfy mattresses. These certainly did not outweigh the benefits of the property and how easy it was to get out to the beach. We had a great stay and were able to enjoy all that OIB has to offer!
