The house is very beautiful and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, making it a great spot to relax. We also want to express our gratitude to the host, who was very kind in approving our request for an early check-in.Unfortunately, the reason we are leaving a 2-star review comes down to several issues regarding property preparation, cleanliness, and accurate listing information: Cleaning and preparation issues: Upon our arrival, the home was simply not ready. The cleaning crew left without vacuuming the floors, and the beds in two of the guest bedrooms were missing top sheets. Unavailable laundry facilities: We were unable to use the washing machine at any point during our stay because it was left completely filled with soaked, wet bedsheets and towels. Missing and misplaced items: The patio was missing the patio umbrella shown in the listing photos. Additionally, the living room furniture was not arranged as advertised; all the couches were pushed in a line under the window, and one was left in the garage.Inaccurate property listing: When we originally made the reservation, the property description listed 3 bathrooms. In reality, the house features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath (powder room). While we appreciate that the host updated the listing following our complaint, the discrepancy negatively impacted our group's expectations.Overall, it remains a lovely property with plenty of potential, but improvements are needed.
