Renting the whole hose worked very well for our family! The easy access to the beach was great and the kids enjoyed swimming and playing in the sand. The house had everything we needed. And the outdoor space was very functional including two grills and great beach furniture! The community was very kid friendly! Mike was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect for family getaway

Perfect place and location for a family getaway. The location couldn't be better. This beach house is ideal and the host is welcoming and responsive in all our communications. This was our second time at his property and we will be back again.

The location was perfect for our 14 family members. The neighborhood was extremely kid friendly, the beach was beautiful and the house had everything we needed for a fantastic week. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had a surprise 50th birthday for my wife, had family from NY and NJ come in. Directly on the ocean, we had both sides and got everything we could have asked for. What an unforgettable trip.

House was great! Exactly as described. We had 14 people and it fit all of us comfortably. Any given moment you are a few steps away from the ocean. Mike was a great host, check in process could have been smoother but Mike corrected it as soon as we got in touch with him, other than that we had a great trip to celebrate our grandma with our whole family around.

Hello, Thank you for the great review. unfortunately I couldn't give you one. So your party smoked in the placed. I had to wash anything and everything to remove the smell. Curtains, couch covers, etc. There were also cigarette butts in the front and back. mike

Quintessential Connecticut shore beach house with great decor and updated kitchens on both sides. Awesome laundry machines too. We rented both sides for our family and had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The beach was amazing and loved the Adirondack chars and fire pit. They even had two inflatable paddle boards and a great cornhole game. Plenty of dishes and glasses, great TV’s in both living rooms and new coffee machines. We are already planning a trip back next year. I’d suggest renting both sides as they can be rented separately.
