Beautiful views of Hayden lake! Patio and hot tub were great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Lots of beds. Had to search for bedding, but plenty when found. We didn’t realize that the twin bedroom 4 was the fold outs in library or twin fold outs in retreat, which didn’t work out well for our group with all adults and couples, but retreat would work for smaller kids with parents. Host was great for communication. Nice place to stay!

Ladies Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, especially the hot tub and space for 8 women. The outlets in the kitchen did not work. We had to run all the electrical devices through the one outlet along the wall of the fridge.

My friends and I take a trip every year to a different city. We’ve been doing this trip for 15 years, and we all agreed that this was the nicest house we’ve stayed in so far. Absolutely beautiful property in a great neighborhood (friendly neighbors too). The view from the deck is incredible, that was definitely the thing that everyone loved the most. We spent a lot of time outside on that deck just enjoying the view. There is also a new hot tub that is top tier. I’ve literally never experienced a hot tub like that before, the massage jets are on another level. Overall the house is well equipped. Nice kitchen with plenty of clean dishes and glasses. Every single TV in the house is huge, and high end. I think the one in the living room is 85” which was amazing. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Note that the listed twin beds are actually futon chairs that fold down into a bed, but we made them work. In the basement, there is a nice pool table (with room to actually play) and a couple arcade games that we had some fun with. They have a bunch of different board games and puzzles too, lots of stuff to entertain. There is also a ton of parking if you need it, with a two car garage and a huge driveway. All in all, you really can’t beat this house. The location is great too, at the top of a hill in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to everything you could want to do in Coeur d’Alene. We had an amazing trip!

Wow! Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful review. We’re thrilled to hear that your annual trip group had an amazing experience and that this was the nicest house you’ve stayed in so far! It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the views from the deck, the hot tub, the fully equipped kitchen, and all the entertainment options — from the TVs and arcade games to the pool table and board games. We also appreciate the note about the twin futons and are glad they worked out for your group. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime for another memorable trip!
