Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blinds need replacing. They were laying on the floor. Bathtub in master is very dated. I felt like I might fall through. Overall it was good. We weren’t in the room much.

The only issue with the unit was the vertical blinds. There were quite a few missing. I reached out to the owner about the issue. Maintenance never came in to fix the missing blinds. Other than that, the unit was very comfortable.

Dirty and unresponsive host

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay at the Phoenix X at least once a year and have never had an experience as bad as this one. The internet password they gave didn't work and when I messaged the host they never responded. I ended up finding a small sheet on the corner of the fridge with the new password. The place was dirty. Sand all over the floor and nothing put away. Someone else's laundry was in the laundry bin and there were NO sheets on the master bed just a comforter half thrown on it. There were no paper towels and it lacked a LOT kitchen wise. Whoever last attempted to clean this place did a horrible job. Host never responded to me when I addressed these concerns. Stay at another condo in Phoenix X. It is a great location but this condo was horrible.

Our annual NYE beach trip was great in this condo! We loved the decks and views were amazing. Even though it’s too cold for the beach we definitely enjoyed our stay. We watch a lot of football, eat good seafood, and hang out at Flora Bama and it was so convenient to just walk next door. If the shower heads in both bathrooms get fixed - we will definitely book here again. The master tub/shower combo also didn’t drain properly- other than that it was perfect.

Nice Condo. Easy check in and Out. Pictures were accurate as to what to expect. Owner replied fairly quickly to my messages. Sea turtles were building nests right on beach.

No knob in the master bath tub, there was a power outage that was scheduled that I was not aware of, there was a leak in the 1st guest room from the unit above.

Summer Vacation

Terrible experience with unit! It was not clean when we arrived, bathrooms had mold, food was on the floor, sand everywhere and sheets had not been changed! Beds were terrible and very lamp and light needed needed light bulbs.Do not recommend this unit!

The floors were dirty. Mold in the shower. Had Roaches! No scoop for the ice maker. Kitchen sink knob was broken. Furniture was worn out. One of the beds seemed to be broken on the end..

We only came for a couple nights for a fishing trip but the condo was amazing! End unit with views and balconies for every bedroom. It’s a great place to plan your vacation trip! Enjoy
