NEW Downtown Apartment - Parking Included, Walk to Orpheum, Forum, and Beale!

We do want to reiterate one point for accuracy. After reviewing this with building security, we confirmed that the police activity you mentioned was not at our building or property, but related to an incident several buildings away in the surrounding area. Our building itself was not involved, and there was no question of whether there was a suspect in our building or not. We’re sorry to hear that noise from a neighboring unit disturbed your family during the night. We always encourage guests to reach out to us immediately in situations like this so we can work with building security or management to address the issue as quickly as possible.
