A lovely and very spacious property. Catherine was amazingly attentive with communication, even during very late hours at her location. We had a last-minute change in our plans that required some flexibility on Catherine’s part, and she was extremely accommodating. Strongly recommend.
You will live your Paris dream in this apartment. Every amenity is provided. Catherine was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions. The apartment is one block from the Seine. Every morning I took a brisk walk through the Tuileries. Lots of interesting shops. If you love wallpaper, those shops are beyond. We were running around all day and then retreated to the apartment to make a simple meal and plop into bed (which was perfect, very important). We look forward to staying there again someday. The place is just beautiful!
Our first trip to Paris. We could not have asked for a better-equipped and situated apartment in Saint Germain. Easy walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and central Saint Germain. Catherine, our host, was accommodating, helpful, and communicative. Will return!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris and at Catherine’s apartment. The space has a wonderful character to it—one side opens to the street while the other looks out onto a beautiful, peaceful courtyard, giving you the best of both atmospheres. Inside, it’s thoughtfully decorated with art that gives it the feel of a classic Parisian salon, full of charm without feeling overdone. The apartment itself is quite spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room to settle in comfortably. The location couldn’t be much better—just a block from the Seine, within easy walking distance of many major sights, and only a couple of blocks from the metro for getting further around the city.It does have a bit of personality, and there are a few specific ways things are meant to be used, but that’s part of staying in a real home rather than a generic rental. For us, it added to the experience. We truly loved our time there and would happily stay again.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, wonderful, comfortable apartment once again. What a memorable week! The owner could not have been more gracious and helpful. Just a great time.
Amazing apartment, extremely large and you cannot ask for a better location. The owner made it easy and shared tutorials on how to use appliances which is extremely helpful. She was also helpful when I needed to reach out with a question. This place is a 10
Amazing location, great size apartment for us for a month long stay, housekeeper was great and easy to coordinate with! Will be staying again for sure!

Thank you for your lovely and thoughtful review. Delighted you had a wonderful stay, such a treat to have you! :)
The apartment in the sixth was lovely, with high ceilings, large living room, well appointed kitchen, lots of really nice art work throughout, and the most professional organized owner. A all around delightful experience. The location is perfect. I want to go back right now…
Beautiful apartment with all the amenities and plenty of space. Literally down the street from Musee D’Orsay and a block from the Seine. In Saint Germain neighborhood which is perfect location for exploring Paris - within walking distance to all major museums and full of great stores and restaurants. Quiet and with plenty of space between 2 bedrooms for privacy.
My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Catherine’s apartment for 8 nights over New Year’s. Great size for 3 people (4 would fit comfortably, too). The rooms were spacious for relaxing and 3 bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen was quaint and contained all the necessities for a long stay. The location was ideal for walking to many of the major sites in Paris. Lots of shops for specialty foods and great restaurant options within blocks of the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely to see you and so happy you had another great stay, here's to many more!
Warm regards, Catherine
The apartment is just incredible. Beyond my expectations. And the host is incredibly responsive and helped us out with our airport transfers and all our other queries. 10/10. Can't wait to go back. It was truly a perfect place for a special trip with my daughter for our 60th and 30th birthdays. Thank you, Catherine.
I love this apartment ! Having stayed there in the past ...pre-covid ....the apartment is still wonderful and well maintained . The housekeeper Ruth is very attentive to any needs you might have and is extremely helpful ! The apartment owner is great...always responds to any questions quickly . I definitely would like to stay again on my next visit to Paris !
We spent a month in this beautiful, spacious apartment. Having 2+ bathrooms was great. We were able to have our meals in the kitchen or at the living room/salon table. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely, with easy access to cafes, several restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, bus stops and more. We also really appreciated the weekly housekeeping. Communication with the owner Catherine was easy as she was always responsive to our inquiries. We had a wonderful stay !
From perfect location (central, quiet, safe and surrounded by beauty) to exquisite comfort (lots of space, high ceilings, functional kitchen and bathrooms) to outstanding decor (in elevated French style as befits the location) to thoughtful touches (magnifying makeup mirror, umbrellas, fans, ample waste containers), this property is best in class. The owner is incredibly helpful and proactive, offering excellent advice, ensuring smooth service and limiting gaffes from arrival through departure. The attention to detail shows and works to enable an experience of home that is unusual in a rental property.
It is a beautiful property with Parisian charm, just as pictured. It is very spacious with a large master bedroom and soaking tub. The building is old which is part of the charm as you are part of 'real paris' and on the left bank, only a block from the seine river and a quick walk to a great bakery, cafes, bars (but quiet ones). Though some reviews have indicated it can sleep more than 2, note that it is for only 2 people. We read reviews where more than 2 were noted and traveling as a couple, my dad decided join us for part of the time and could not stay with us. Again, the VRBO listing clearly says only 2 so don't be swayed by other reviews. You will love staying here if you want to be close to the bank and in the great arrondissement of St. Germain.
