The Property was good and a 10 minute walk to the Phoenix Convention Center. I was in town for business for 10 days, so I was happy that I was able to walk to the CC every morning. The amenities were great, the rooftop pool, work space, work out room and the views of downtown Phoenix. The unit itself was located on the 14th floor and was perfect for one person. It might have been crowed with 2 people. Stackable washer /dryer was good and the kitchen was great for meal prep with a full size refrigerator, and stove and dishwasher. Utensils/dishes were adequate. Bathroom contained a shower and single vanity. My biggest challenge was the parking. READ the description very carefully as it has conflicting messages. At the top it states that guests love the parking in the building. This unit DOES NOT COME WITH PARKING!!!When I reached out to the host, they did not provide me parking garages close to the building until 2pm of check in day. I was there for 11 nights, and needed to find a safe, covered parking garage near the building. Note that the parking fee for overnight parking with no in or out is 30/per. day. This added an additional 330 to my stay and I was not planning for that. Next time, I will find a unit that has parking included. It is a challenge to park in front of the building while unloading your luggage. There is no DEISGNATED spot for 10 minute parking. Overall it is was a great building with nice amenities, but the parking was a challenge!
First the good.. the host company was really great with their communication and responsiveness. We had very few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Great location! We walked to Chase field and back every day. Easy safe walk. Across the street from Arizona Center and we walked over for a movie. Parking in the garage with a pass was easy, albeit across the street. But was covered a ready. The “meh”…. His unit is TINY! Yes is had a very functional kitchen with the bare minimum basic supplies and the bathroom is actually very spacious. But the bed/tv/desk/table space is very small. The unit feels like a halfway house for college grads between dorm living and normal human habitations. Actually, we never saw anyone older than what appeared to be around 23. The elevators are always available, but they smell like weed, as does just about everywhere along the sidewalk in front of the building. The bed/foam pad is about 4 inches above the floor, which is a good way to get a little “leg day” in , everyday hahaha. It was fairly comfortable the first night, but gradually sagged in the middle as the days went by (5). Maybe it’s just not meant to be slept on every night. Still not sure how private those windows are. Praying that they were hahaha! They look out to a huge building next door with apartments looking back. If I were alone and only staying for a couple of days, I’d be back. More than that though…not so much. No fault of the host, just the unit.
