The end unit position gives #105 the widest view footprint in the Seaside complex — and the open lanai takes full advantage of it. A 180-degree elevated view overlooking the heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico, with nightly sunsets arriving directly in front of you. This is where most of the stay happens.

The kitchen was completely renovated with all-new cabinetry, countertops, dishwasher, and microwave — and it faces the Gulf. Cooking with the water in front of you is a specific detail that makes even simple meals feel different. The in-unit washer and dryer means no shared laundry coordination for a week's worth of beach clothes.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and faces the Gulf — the water-facing sleeping space that most beach condos reserve for the primary suite. One and a half bathrooms, the main featuring a large shower. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

The ten-unit complex has a heated pool at the beachside. The beach stretches for miles in both directions.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. One parking space included. Non-smoking property.

Loved being right on the beach! The host stayed in touch throughout our stay. We didn’t have any problems during our visit and would stay here again. The only complaint would be that I wished there was a curtain or blind in the family room.

We had to have multiple fans running to all day to keep it cool.

Here are notes from our trip for others interested in staying.Amazing island and right on the beach. It was not over crowded and I would go back every year.Swimming and fishing off the beach was wonderful.They have chairs and an umbrella for the beach.The place was very clean. Make sure to bring, or buy, salt/pepper and other spices or condiments you might want. When I say clean, they clean it all.If you like coffee bring kcups. I also found it helpful to bring zip lock bags because we made our own sandwiches for lunch.The parking space is not covered so we found it helpful having our sunshade for the car. There is shade from a building, but it still was helpful in keeping heat out.I thought we would use the pool, but we did not. It was very clean and a great looking pool though.Owners are great and respond quickly. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect location to Holmes Beach

We were very happy with the location of this condo being right on the beach with views from the back patio/balcony. The condo was as advertised and had everything we needed to cook meals as far as dishes, utensils, pots/pans. The two things that I would possibly change would be the bed in the main bedroom. It was very firm and my hips were sore after an hour or two so would flip from side to side. Also the other bedroom could use some shades or blinds that block the sun because the bedroom was very hot and didn’t cool down until the sun would set. These are little things to be honest in the grand scheme of the entire property.

The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed for cooking, washer and dryer in the unit helped so much.Location of the unit was the best. We watched the sunset from the balcony every evening. AMAZING.The only thing I would suggest is tenting the windows in the guest bedroom.I think it would be a lot cooler.We would definitely return and refer our friends to go as well.

The pictures were spot on and the location was awesome. You're more towards the residential area but still close to everything the island has to offer! The beach is right out side your balcony to watch the sunsets or walk right to the beach itself. The shower was convenient for rinsing the sand off yourself. The pool area isn't very large but was enough for me and my family to enjoy. Luckily it's a smaller complex with only 10 condos. We did have an issue with our code for the front door not working but Island Vacation Properties answered my call and resolved the issue while on the phone. I would definitely rent this condo again. It did not disappoint. The only thing about this condo is that there are no beach items such as beach chairs, umbrella etc ... which would have made us a lil more comfortable at the beach. We found out a lil too late that you can rent this stuff on the island but it would have been nice to have it on hand. Other than that this place was awesome! Thank You Island Vacation Properties for a vacation we will never forget.

We were able to check in a little bit early, and there was very minimal things to do before we left. It’s a vacation condo, and it has all you need for a little family or couples get away. The pool was right below us, and the beach access was as well. We will stay here again! The view from the balcony each evening was fantastic. 10/10

Happy Holiday

I have some mobilty issues and the short distance to the beach helped. We enjoyed the rental and I spent many hours on the deck- even seeing dolphins.
